If you encounter the following error message when running API Audit or API Scan:

āstatusMessageā: āfreemium_service_not_foundā
it may be due to an unstable internet connection or a local or network firewall.
Recommended steps:
- In case of an unstable internet connection, wait a few minutes and then retry your test
- If the problem persists, check internet connectivity from the plugin:

From the plugin menu select Open Settings

Click āTest connectionā

If a connection error is displayed, check your internet connection and ensure your local or network firewall is not blocking the connection.
- If no connection error is displayed but the freemium_service_not_found problem persists, leave a comment and provide:
- The full error message
- IDE version information
- Plugin version information
